Liao Graduate Fellowship in Environmental Engineering

1. 緣起
   廖氏獎學金每年贊助環境工程與土木工程相關領域之學生赴美國Oklahoma State University就讀。 國立成功大學學生享有優先獲獎之權利。廖氏伉儷熱心公益，希望能成就一名或多名台灣學生赴美學習。藉此廣為宣傳，讓成大師生瞭解這難得的機會。
2. 獎學金資訊
   • Offered by: Oklahoma State University, College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology
   • Programs: School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (preferably PhD)
   • Selection Criteria: Applicants from Shu-Te University and/or National Cheng Kung University are preferred.
3. 獎助內容
   • A monthly stipend of approximately USD 2,300
   • Full tuition waiver
   • Additional USD 2,000 per semester for associated fees
