The academic delegation group – Dr. Lily Wu, Faculty Director of International Programs、Dr. Quoc-Viet Dang, Assistant Professor of Teaching and Ms. Amy Pham, Program Director of MECPS, University of California, Irvine visited the College of Engineering on December 14, 2023.

Currently, UCI and NCKU, based on the primary collaboration on the Ministry of Education Taiwan Huayu BEST Program, continue to explore the deeper academic linkages.

The UCI academic delegation would like to discuss further collaborations of these identified fields, including the feasibility of co-operative research; the 3+2 program, regarding Master of Engineering, and Master of Embedded Cyber-Physical System (Internet of Things) programs, the possibility of a 4+1 pathway program into UCI professional master degree programs, enhancing bilateral exchanges with NCKU.
